Financial Responsibility: The Renter is fully responsible for any and all tolls, speeding tickets, and parking fines incurred during the rental period.

Authorized Driver: Only the Renter whose name appears on this agreement is permitted to drive the vehicle.

Prohibited Uses: The vehicle shall not be used for towing, or driven on any unsealed roads.

No Smoking or Pets: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if this condition is violated.

Fuel Policy: The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as at the start of the rental. If returned with less, the Renter will be charged the cost of refueling plus a $25 service fee.

Correct Fuel Use: This vehicle requires a specific fuel type. The Renter is fully responsible for all costs associated with repairing damage caused by using incorrect fuel.

Late Returns: A late fee of $25 per hour will be charged for returns more than one hour after the agreed time. A daily late fee of $40 will be charged for each day the vehicle is not returned without prior arrangement.

Accident & Damage: In an at-fault accident, the Renter is liable for an insurance excess of $1000.00 AUD.

Vehicle Condition: The vehicle must be returned clean and tidy. A $100.00 AUD cleaning fee will apply otherwise.
